12 peanuts (~½ oz)
2 ½ tbsp peanut butter (plain, without added sugar) (~1 ½ oz)
1 banana (~4 oz)
optional: 2 ½ tsp raw cocoa powder (~¼ oz)
optional: 4 ice cubes (~⅔ oz)
For best results, use frozen banana. If you do not have time to freeze the bananas, use ice cubes.
Put all ingredients, except for peanuts, in a blender or food processor and blend until the consistency of ice cream.
Top with peanuts and enjoy!
